Allen Carr's Easyway Launches New Employee Benefit Service 'Wellbeing At Work'
Allen Carr's Easyway has launched 'Wellbeing at Work', an innovative new subscription model for companies looking to increase staff wellbeing.
It offers employees access to all of the Online Video Programmes in the brand portfolio across a range of topics, which they can access 24/7, with complete anonymity, in confidence and in the comfort of their own home.
The purpose of the new model is to allow employers to support and empower their staff in tackling a wide range of personal issues, in the safety and comfort of their own home, without judgement. It also ensures that any issues, which can gradually start to impact on behaviour and performance at work, can be dealt with successfully.
Allen Carr's Easyway is a completely drug-free form of talking therapy. The method is endorsed by a wide variety of celebrities and opinion formers. Michael McIntyre, Richard Branson, Chrissie Hynde, Sir Anthony Hopkins, Ellen DeGeneres and Anjelica Huston are long-term supporters of Allen Carr's Easyway.
John Dicey, Global CEO & Senior Therapist of Allen Carr's Easyway said "Wellbeing at Work is an exciting expansion for the Easyway brand and a fantastic way for employers to offer their unwavering support to employees, enhancing their wellbeing, something that is key post pandemic. We think it's a fantastic concept for all involved and a great way to make employees feel valued. We believe this will make a huge difference to issues such as excessive use of alcohol and drugs, as people obviously don't feel comfortable speaking to their employers about these, but they can have a huge impact on behaviour and productivity."
